Private pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga, built around you

One-to-one pregnancy yoga sessions designed around your body, your pregnancy and the birth you’re preparing for.

Whether you’d like more individual support, feel more comfortable practising privately or want to focus on something specific, Rhi will create a session that meets you where you are.

Your pregnancy. Your session.
Your home.

Pregnancy doesn’t come with a standard template, so your yoga doesn’t need one either.

Private pregnancy yoga gives you, and up to 3 pregnant friends, the time and space to move at your own pace, ask questions and focus on what feels most useful for you. Every session is shaped around your stage of pregnancy, how your body is feeling and what you’d like to get from your time together.

It could be a one-off session, a little extra support alongside the six-week course or a series of private sessions throughout your pregnancy.

What can private pregnancy yoga help with?

Explore purposeful, pregnancy-aware movement with individual guidance from Rhi. You’ll learn how to adapt positions to suit your body and build confidence in what feels right for you.

Move with more confidence

Find breathing techniques that work for you

Try practical breathing techniques that can help you stay grounded, manage tension and feel more in control during pregnancy and birth.

Practise movements, positions and techniques that can help you feel more physically prepared for labour and birth—including ways to create space, stay mobile and work with your changing body.

Prepare your body for birth

Use the session to explore a particular concern, revisit something from the group course or simply enjoy moving without needing to keep pace with anyone else.

Focus on what you need

Private sessions are priced at £60 per 60 minute session

Before your first session, Rhi will have a chat with you about your pregnancy, your health and anything you’d particularly like to work on.

Your session could include:

  • Pregnancy-aware yoga and purposeful movement

  • Positions and movements that may support labour and birth

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques

  • Practical birth preparation

  • Adaptations for your changing body

  • Time to ask questions and talk honestly about how you’re feeling

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced in yoga or particularly “good” at switching off. The session will be designed for you, exactly as you are.
