Book your place on our next six-week course in Lytham

Six 75 minute pregnancy yoga sessions combining movement, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and the opportunity to connect with other local mums-to-be.

Starts Wednesday 21st October · Lytham Assembly Rooms · 15 places available

Six weeks. Six themes. Each one has a purpose.

Two women practicing yoga in a home gym, with one assisting the other in a yoga pose.

This isn’t the same yoga class repeated six times. Each week has a clear focus, moving from grounding and breathwork through to pelvic mobility, labour positions, relaxation and the physiology that supports birth.

The structure stays familiar:

  • 60 minutes of safe and supported movement

  • 10-15 minutes of deep, uninterrupted relaxation

  • Dedicated time after class for a cuppa and chat to other mums-to-be. Rhi will also be around for any specific pregnancy questions.

  • Plus, Rhi will send out a short video each week so you can continue your practice at home

What you’ll learn:

  • How to stay strong, mobile and comfortable as your body changes throughout pregnancy.

  • Movements and positions to help you and your baby move through labour

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques to help you stay calm and ride the waves of contractions

  • Bitesized insights about how your body works during labour and what you can do to support it

  • Practical ways to prepare for birth so you feel more confident in your body and what it can do

What to expect:

You’ll move through the course with the same small group of local mums-to-be, giving you time to get comfortable and form real connections. No previous yoga experience is needed. Every session can be adapted to your body, your pregnancy and how you feel that week.

Movements specifically designed to build strength, improve pelvic mobility and create space for your changing body and baby.

Move with purpose

Practise breathing, positions and relaxation techniques that can be used at all stages of pregnancy and labour.

Build your birth toolkit

Learn how labour hormones, your nervous system, movement and the environment can support physiological birth in a way that is clear, practical and without information overload.

Understand your body

Move, learn, compare notes and talk honestly with other local mums-to-be who understand exactly where you are.
